Congratulations to our own Kathleen Wilke for receiving one of the "2009 New Dallas Nine" awards from the D Art Slam juried exhibition, May 29, 2009! We are thrilled to see her beautiful, evocative work receive continued recognition.
In August, MK Semos + Hugo Garcia will participate in a summer camp for children with hemophilia, in Villahermosa, Mexico, and will organize art activities for the kids. Using photography, the day-to-day creative process of the "All For One + One For All" painting will be documented and shown in Mexico during this Summer Camp.
And the winner is...Congratulations to photographer Kathleen Feroze for her outstanding series “Lady of the Lake.” during her participation of the UnScene Dallas photographic competition. Feroze is the winner of the 2008 UnScene Dallas that took place at the W Hotel. Her work was chosen among other great photographers that participated in this competition....for more info click here.
